Visiting Kiawah Isand and Seabrook Island this summer? Give me a casll and let me take you inshore and nearshore fishing. The dolphin have been playing, the pelicans diving, and best yet, the fish are biting in the river! Put some kids on their first fish this week! The reds, flounder and trout took our bait! Great Family Fishing

Spring is here. The reels are greased and spooled. The boats are waxed and ready to go and so am I.

Heat Wave

Don't let the heat keep you inside. The sea breeze will keep you cool on the water. Fishing around

Kiawah and Seabrook continues to be productive with reds and flounder taking the bait. The bonnet

head sharks are always plentiful and what a fun fight the little sharks give on light tackle. Afternoon on the

water is the place to be! Don't forget to book early as the week fills up quickly.

Book Early

It has been a busy week. With temperatures in the 90's visitors to Kiawah and Seabrook Islands soon realize that the water is the best place to be. Don't wait until the last minute to book your flats or inshore or nearshore fishing trips. This week booked up fast, and I hate to turn people down. Sunset cruises are a great way to beat the heat. Take a leisurely two hour cruise past shrimp docks and historic Rockville. Sit back and relax and let me tell you tales of the lowcountry.

Shark on off Seabrook Island

Taylor admitted to being a little sore after her well fought battle angling a 90 lb Black Tip shark

on a recent near shore fishing charter. The shark took the bait off of Seabrook Island behind the

shrimp boats. Taylor fought the fish like a pro! Way to go girl!

Late afternoon Flats Fishing

The tides were right late in the afternoon for our charter fishing trip to the flats. A beautiful afternoon, and a great way

to beat the summer heat. Mom caught a real nice redfish and she was soon followed by son and Dad. Lots of fun.

Inshore Family Fishing

Stayed inshore with the Owad family. The sharks and rays were biting during this charter

fishing trip. Sharks, although may not be the target species, will always provide for a fun

battle.

Reef Fishing

The West family returned for a second charter fishing trip during their stay at Kiawah Island.

We ventured to the Near Shore reef just off of Seabrook Island and caught a variety of fish.

Sea Bass, Flounder, and even a Snapper bent the lines. A good time was had by all.

Inshore Flats Fishing Charter

Left out of Seabrook Island early this morning heading for the flats. Inshore fishing has been very productive with trout, redfish and flounder all biting. In this heat, the water is the best place to be. Kiawah and Seabrook vacationers have us booked every morning this week for inshore and near shore fishing charters. Don't wait until the last minute to book your fishing charter. This is a great time of year for those sunset boat tours and dolphin watching charters. See you on the water. Captain Brad

The early summer evenings can turn out to be the perfect time for a couple of hours on the water, enjoying the sunset and the balmy breezes.
